Northern Ireland teams perform very well in the All Ireland Health & Safety Quiz finals.

The long trip to Sligo didn’t deter our Northern Ireland representatives from acquitting themselves very well at the All Ireland Quiz Finals last weekend.

Held in the Radisson Blu hotel teams from all over Ireland compete for the highly covetted prizes and competition is tough. It is a credit to all participants who are not safety professionals to demonstrate the knowledge they have gained with their employers.

The Hyster-Yale team are pictured here with the National Irish Safety Organisation President (left), Wendy Beatty, Chair of NI Safety Group (centre in green) and Ian McIlveen, H & S Officer at Hyster (right).

David Donnelly, Health & Safety Manager at Re-Gen holds the certificate of participation alongside his team. Harry Galvin and Wendy Beatty also feature in the photograph.

Congratulations also go to Alan Burch from Safety Advice Centre who acted as Quiz Master. Many will recognise Alan as being the quiz master of many years at our Quiz.
