Mental Wellbeing partnership with Inspire Workplaces
We’re delighted to announce that we have joined up with Inspire Workplaces in an initiative called PPMW (Promoting Positive Mental Wellbeing). Its aim is to help employers educate and raise awareness amongst employees about their own and their colleagues emotional health.
Inspire Workplaces is a registered Charity in N.I. and a leading provider of workplace wellbeing solutions, delivering mental health and wellbeing support to some of the UK and Ireland’s leading private, public and third sector organisations.
Every Thursday we’ll feature an article from their Wellbeing Hub. It could be a news item, a signpost to support, a video clip, a resource pdf etc etc.
Every article we feature will contain a link to the wellbeing hub to allow employers to discover more of the benefits it can provide to staff.
“It is well known that money invested in employee wellbeing can yield huge gains in productivity and efficiency and we are pleased to team up with Inspire to offer this resource to our members and beyond” said Wilson Lambe, President of Northern Ireland Safety Group.
John Conaghan, Group Director of Professional Services at Inspire Workplaces said “The emotional wellbeing of all has been severely tested during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having worked with the Safety Group before, we know the strength of what they do and assisting them promote wellbeing at this difficult time is something we are very happy to do”.
Keep an eye out for next Thursday’s PPMW e-zine and if you are not signed up to receive it yet you can do so here (and it’s free).
