It’s Time to Talk Day
Our first joint article with Inspire Workplaces highlights the ‘Power of Small’ theme.
As part of 'Time to Talk Day' (February 4th) the theme reminds us that even a small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference.
Time to Talk Day is one of the biggest days on the mental health calendar. It’s a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, listen and change lives.
This is especially relevant at this point in the COVID-19 pandemic as we take the early steps towards getting back to normality.
The campaign is supported by Change Your Mind - Northern Ireland’s regional campaign to tackle stigma and discrimination around mental health, a joint programme run by Inspire and the Public Health Agency.
