The health and safety theme is now under the spotlight on the Red Tape Challenge for the next three weeks.
All health and safety regulations are available for comment on the site structured under four areas - general health and safety; major hazard industries; higher risk workplaces; dealing with hazardous chemicals and materials.
This is an opportunity to comment on health and safety - what needs to change and what should be maintained.
The Government intends to act on the outcome of this discussion (also taking account of the outcome of the Lofstedt review) so it is important that there is a well-informed debate based on evidence and well-grounded opinion.
