A team from the Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation into the death of a man at a city car dealers.
The man - who's from Co Laois and in his 40s - died in hospital after he was crushed by a car at Windsor Motors on the Old Monivea Road.
He was taken to University Hospital Galway after be became trapped between a truck and a car at lunchtime yesterday.
It's understood he was picking up two cars from Windsor Motors on behalf of his brother.
A team of investigators from the HSA is already on site and are looking into all the circumstances surrounding the 48-year-old's death.
