Corporate Manslaughter case should prompt action
Three company directors from Lion Steel Equipment Ltd in Hyde have recently been charged under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act – a harsh reminder to all company directors of the need to ensure that they are meeting their health and safety obligations.
