Declan Kearney bio

Declan Kearney is a Multi Award Winning expert in the fields of Health &  Safety.

Declan honed his talents in Australia working for the world’s leading independent Oil & Gas storage company. His talents were quickly recognised and he rose through the ranks to National Process Safety Manager and placed on the prestigious Global Leaders Talent Program.

For the previous three years Declan has been working as SHEQ Manger for Flynn, the leading local building and maintenance contractor. Declan and his team won two consecutive CEF Awards for Health & Safety in 2016 and 2017. This was followed up by winning the 2017 UK Chambers Business Award for Health & Wellbeing.

Declan’s approach is based on developing Interpersonal relationship to coach and influence culture.
