We have become conditioned by our smart devices to believe that we need them to survive. Without them you'll be less productive. Yet, it wasn't always like that.
I sometimes feels in the busy lives we all lead that social interaction has been replaced by social media.
But, when distracted, we lose some of the ability to break down food correctly and our technology gizmos don't care that we're not looking after our digestive system.
