Safe Maintenance Seminar (Antrim)
Due to popular demand another Safe Maintenance Seminar will be run on 24th September in Antrim.
In 2009/2010, one third of NI's workplace fatalities were related to maintenance. Add to this the considerable number of injuries from maintenance failures and it is easy to see why this activity needs to be highlighted.
The purpose of the Seminars is to outline in a very practical and hands on way how safe maintenance can save time, save money, and ultimately save lives in any work environment.
During the sessions -
- You will hear the 5 basic rules for safe maintenance.
- You will gather tips on good maintenance techniques from all the presentations.
- You will see common principles emerge across all sectors.
- You will hear how to manage sub-contractors.
And overall you'll see how getting it right will save time, save money, and ultimately save lives in any work environment.
These seminars will be an invaluable source of information and guidance for those responsible of ensuring maintenance is carried out safely at work be they a H & S professional, a production or site manager, supervisor, foreman or engineer.
