Today’s meeting features a panel of experienced practitioners who will demonstrate how to construct meaningful Health and Safety related KPI’s

Divided into 3 sections the meeting will cover:-

Basics - What is a KPI, what does measurable mean, how to drill down to all employee level and how to achieve success. Hints and tips.

Breakdown - How to establish your current position, methodologies used, how to go about and most importantly how to make the KPI meaningful.

Application - Health and Safety KPI’s in action, what works, what doesn’t, what should be measured and how to ensure benefits for all involved.

Safety Awards workshop

This workshop (following the meeting) is designed to provide relevant information to previous and prospective entrants of the Occupational Safety Awards as well as to outline some learning points from the 2011 Awards:

attendees will receive general feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of 2011 entries,

new entrants will be guided on how to prepare a submission for the 2012 Safety Awards.

In addition, the entrants of the 2011 Safety Awards will receive individual feedback on how they performed in each of the categories in their entry.
