Effective Assessment of Sub Contractors & Suppliers

Bombardier have been developing and improving safe systems of work for suppliers and sub contractors since the mid 90’s.

Craig Gamble, H & S Manager at Bombardier will outline the journey Bombardier have been on to integrate this into their overall health and safety culture.

He'll focus in on three key areas:

- The tendering process
- On going monitoring and evaluation
- Handling both compliance and non compliance and show how each of these not only dovetail together but filter through the organisation’s safety ethos.

Craig will also show sample documentation that Bombardier use to underpin H & S in their supply chain management.
